Buses will replace Orange Line service from Ruggles Station to Forest Hills Station all weekend, Saturday and Sunday, June 2-3, 2012. The buses will make stops at all stations between Ruggles and Forest Hills.

There will be no bus service at Orient Heights Station due to construction on Saturday, May 19, and Sunday, May 20, 2012. Connections between Route 712/713 bus service and the Blue Line should be made on the outbound side of Airport station (near the Massport buses to airline terminals). The closest stop to Orient Heights will be the St. Edwards/Saratoga Street stop in both directions. All other stops along routes 712/713 will be made.
The following schedule adjustments will be in effect during this time:
Saturday: Departure times from Airport Station will be the same as the usual schedule from Orient Heights. Most departure times from Winthrop Beach and Point Shirley will also remain the same, except that departures from Point Shirley will be 3-5 minutes later between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m.
Sunday: Departure times from Point Shirley remain the same as usual. Departure times from Airport will be the same as the usual Orient Heights schedule, except 10 minutes later between 11 a.m. and 7 p.m.

During the out-of-service periods, no weekend train service will be available on the Middleboro/Lakeville Line between Braintree and Middleboro/Lakeville except for Patriots' Day (April 16, 2012) and Memorial Day (May 28, 2012) holiday weekends. To access Oak Grove-bound platform, travel to 101 Arch St (located to the right of Men?s Wearhouse on Summer St). Take elevator in the back left corner of the lobby to the Concourse. Take a right and find the Oak Grove-bound platform ahead. To exit the station from the Oak Grove-bound platform, travel down the Concourse and use the elevator located through the glass doors to the right of the MBTA Customer Service Center. This elevator will take you to the lobby of 101 Arch St., located off of Summer St.

UPDATE: MBTA Fitchburg Line Elevator Advisory-Starting on December 12, 2011-July 2012, elevator 819 (Lobby to Commuter Rail platform) at Porter Sq. Station will be out of service while it is being replaced. A Commuter Rail bus shuttle will be provided between Waltham Station, Harvard Sq. Station and Porter Sq. Station. During this time period, elevator 820 (Lobby to Red Line) at Porter Sq. Station will continue to be out of service. An MBTA bus shuttle will be provided between Porter Sq. Station and Davis Sq. Starting on March 21, 2011, elevator 820 (Lobby to Red Line) at Porter Sq Station will be out of service for approximately one year while it is being replaced. During this time, an accessible bus shuttle will be provided between Porter Sq. and Davis Sq. Stations. Customers exiting the Red Line at Porter Sq. should instead exit at Davis Sq. and take the shuttle bus. Customers boarding the Red Line at Porter Sq. can take the shutlle bus to Davis, or route 77 or 96 to Harvard Sq.
