Britney Spears' husband-to-be is celebrating the birth of his second child. Kevin Federline's former girlfriend delivered their baby yesterday in California. The couple also has a 2 year-old daughter.

Spears' and Federline have been engaged since June, but have not set a date for the wedding. Spears reportedly spent time with her fiance's daughter over the weekend.
