The Dish: Da Vinci -- Grapefruit Fava Bean Salad
Cooking healthy doesn't mean you have to sacrifice flavor. This month we're bringing you easy meals that are healthy and tasty. 7's Frances Rivera visits Da Vinci Ristorante in the South End to make a grapefruit salad in ‘The Dish.'

The Dish: Grapefruit Fava Bean Summer Salad
1 ½ oz. Baby Arugula
2 oz. Fresh, cleaned fava beans
2 baby carrots (cut 4-way)
1 grapefruit (cut into slices)
1 tbl seasoned gourmet rice wine vinegar
½ tbl extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
Mix all ingredients. Bon Appetito!
