The Dish: A Prosciutto Caprese

INGREDIENTS:
Panini bread
6 thin slices of prosciutto
4 slices of vine riped tomatoes
3 slices of buffalo mozzarella
Arugula salad greens
Pesto sauce
Cracked pepper
Olive oil

METHOD:
Slice the panini bread in half and toast. Spread pesto sauce on both sides of the bread and top with thin slices of prosciutto. Layer the prosciutto with sliced tomatoes and buffalo mozzarella. Top with arugula salad greens. Drizzle with olive oil and season with cracked pepper. Slice the sandwich in half.
