Roll In:
Toasted Nori or deli meat
Lettuce leaf
Filling Suggestions:
Cheese [shredded]
Zucchini [shredded]
Carrot [shredded]
Avocado [chopped
Spinach
Sushi rice
Tuna fish
Supplies:
Bamboo mat
Containers
Sunday evening, along with your child, place toasted nori (or lettuce or meat) on bamboo mat. Let your child then choose which fillings of they would like. Roll up and slice into 1 1/2 inch sections. Make four or more different sushi rolls, then place one.
