Recipe: Sweet Chili beef tips
Serves 10....
-- 5lbs beef tips
-- 28oz. Thai sweet chili sauce
-- 13oz. ponzu sauce
-- 7oz. Szechuan sauce
-- 10oz. pineapple juice
-- 3oz. brown sugar
Mix all the ingredients together (including the beef tips) and marinate for 24 to 48 hours. Cook until desired wellness.
