The Dish: Coleslaw at Remy's Sports Bar & Grill
Recipe/Directions: Coleslaw
Ingredients:
-- Flavor Base - Puree with Bermixer or Blender
-- 1 Bunch Cilantro
-- 2 oz. Chipotle Chile
-- ½ cup Cider Vinegar
-- ¼ Chopped Fresh Pineapple
-- ½ cup Lime Juice
-- 1 cup Honey
-- ½ cup Roasted Garlic
-- ¼ cup Celery Seed
-- 1 qt Sour Cream
-- 1 qt Mayonnaise
-- Kosher Salt to Taste
-- Mix with Shredded Cabbage and Celery one hour before serving
