The Dish: Toro's Maiz Asado
The Recipe:
-- 2 ears of corn
-- 12 cup aioli
-- 13 cup cotija
-- Espelette to taste
-- 2 limes wedges
Put raw, husked corn on the grill and rotate until browned on all sides
Take off grill, and toss in a bowl with aioli, espelette and cotija cheese
Serve with lime wedges for squeezing
