Holiday Cocktails:

SNOWFLAKE

-- 1 oz fernet Branca
-- 1/2 oz Makers mark Kentucky Bourbon
-- 1/2 oz Kahlua
-- 1/2 oz cream
-- shake til frothy & then serve with a sprinkling of nutmeg 

GAMBRINUS COCKTAIL

-- 1/2 oz Gambrinus
-- Preseco as needed
-- Fill champagne glass with Preseco, then add the shot of Gambrinus
-- will turn ddep purple in color, garncih with marascino cherry

THE NEW ENGLANDER

-- Warm mulled cider
-- stir in whipped cinnamon butter
-- add a cinnamon stick for garnish and extra spicy taste 

(apple cinnamon butter)
-- just whip butter with cinnamon vanilla bean, clove, nutmeg, ginger and some orange peel
