The Dish: Dish: Baja Fish Tacos
Recipe:
-- 8 oz. grilled blue fish
-- 1/2 head cabbage- shredded
-- 8 oz salsa
-- 1/2 c crema
-- 1 pkg tortillas
-- Grill fresh fish of choice: Tuna, Blue Fish, Talapia
-- Prep 2 tortillas
-- Place on 2 tb of salsa
-- then add grilled fish
-- layer on shredded cabbage
-- spoon on fresh crema (garlic, mayo, sour cream)
-- squeeze fresh lime over your taco
-- Roll and eat
