Tossed Signature Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
-- Baby Field Greens: 3 oz
-- Chicken: 3 oz
-- Goat Cheese: 1.5 oz
-- Toasted Almonds: .5 oz
-- Mango: 1.75 oz
-- Jicama: 1.5 oz
-- Cucumber: 1.75 oz
-- Dried Cranberries: .75 oz
-- Dressing: Tossed Vinaigrette: 2 oz
To create the Signature Salad:
-- Start with the baby field greens
-- Add the proteins (chicken and goat cheese)
-- Add the vegetables (cucumber and jicama)
-- Add the fruit (mango and dried cranberries)
-- Add the crunch (toasted almonds)
-- Toss in the dressing (Tossed Vinaigrette)
-- Mix all together and toss into the bowl
