The Dish: Honey and Green Tea Grilled Shrimp

RECIPE
Green Tea and Honey Grilled Giant Shrimp -- serves four
-- 4 giant shrimp
-- 1 cup double strength brew of green tea, cooled
-- ¼ cup of honey
-- ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
-- ¼ cup soy sauce
-- 1 tablespoon each, chopped - ginger, lemongrass and garlic
-- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
-- 2 green onions thinly sliced
1.) In a bowl, combine all ingredients, mix well
2.) Remove ½ cup of the marinade, set aside for dipping sauce
3.) Add shrimp to marinade and mix well
4.) Cover bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours
5.) Remove shrimp from marinade and grill over medium heat for 6 to 8 minutes, until shrimp turn pink and are just firm to the touch
6.) Prepare dipping sauce by placing reserved ½ cup marinade in a sauce pan.
7.) Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil for 3 to 5minutes or until slightly reduced; stir in green onions and serve with shrimp.
