The Dish: Maple mustard glazed pork chops

-RECIPE-
2 pork loins 5 oz each
mix mustard powder in with bread crumbs
dip in egg wash or light cream
then dip in Panko Japaneese bread crumbs, oil a sizzle pan with both loins oiled up
Place in 500 degree convectional oven
Cook for 5 min, then flip
Remove from oven,
Add the maple mustard syrup,
place loins back in oven for 3 minutes
Then served with mashed potatoes, and apple sauce!
