The Dish: Turkey apple pasta

RECIPE-
Pasta with apple and butternut squash and sage (serves 4)
Ingredients:
Leftover turkey
1 large pan
¾ lb. house made fettuccini
2 apples
1 roasted half butternut squash - leftover
¼ cup white wine
2 tbsp. sage
2 tbsp. mascarpone cheese
4 tabs of butter
Pinch of nutmeg
Pinch of cinnamon
Procedure:
1. Boil pasta in pan.
2. Sauté butter in same pan, cook till brown.
3. Add the leftover turkey
4. Add chopped apple, leftover squash, spices and mascarpone cheese. Cook for approx. 30 secs.
5. Add white wine to pan. Cook for approx. 1 min., tossing with pasta.
6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
