The Dish: New Year's Eve Cocktails

Are you ready to ring in the New Year? We have two delicious drinks that can help you say "cheers" in style.

The Dishes: Apple Crisp Cocktail and Spiced Wine
The Chef: Teodora Bakardzhieva
The Restaurant: Emerald Lounge

--1.5oz Vodka
--0.5oz Domaine de Canton
--1.5oz Apple Cider
--1oz Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves)
--Dash of orange bitters
--Cognac Rinse
--Graham Cracker Rim

Rinse the cocktail glass with a dash of Cognac and rim with crushed graham crackers

Add all ingredients in a pint glass, add ice; shake for 10 seconds.

Serve straight up; Garnish with dried apple chip

Spiced Wine

6oz of Bordeaux Wine

1oz of Simple Syrup

Pinch of Ground Cinnamon, Cloves & Allspice Lemon Twist

In a pint glass combine the wine, simple syrup and spices; Add fresh lemon twist and ice.

Shake for 2 seconds. Serve in a red wine glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
