The Dish: Five Bays Bistro -- Grilled pineapple and mango salsa

INGREDIENTS
1 whole Pineapple chunked
2 each Mango
1 red pepper small dice
1 med. red onion small dice
1 oz chopped fresh parsley
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 bunch chopped fresh scallions
½ bunch chopped chives
6 oz. pineapple juice
3 oz. Lime Juice
½ Tbsp spoon garlic
½ tbsp spoon S & P
1 oz. Honey
3 oz. Rice vinegar
½ tbsp Chili powder
½ tbsp spoon cumin (ground)
pinch cayenne
1 cups of salad oil
METHOD
Blend all the ingredients together and let sit for at least two hours before serving.
You may serve on fish, or as an appetizer
