The Dish: Bin 26 -- Fresh pesto and linguini
The Chef: Azita Vina
INGREDIENTS
2 cups Fresh basil
1 cup olive oil
2 tbsp Pine nuts or Peanuts
3 Clove of Garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Parmigianino
3 tbsp pecorino Romano
Put garlic and basil and nuts in blender and chop into a paste
METHOD
Slowly add the olive oil (you may choose not to use all the oil)
Season to taste.
Serve how ever you would like!
