The Dish: Equinox Fitness Club -- Workout smoothies
INGREDIENTS - Pre Workout Smoothie
1 cup Blueberries
1 cup Raspberries
½ cup Grape juice
1 cup Fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup Ice
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 3 minutes. Serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS - Post Workout Smoothie
2 scoops chocolate or whey protein powder
1 tbs. Peanut butter
1 Frozen banana
½ cup Fat free milk
METHOD
Add all ingredients into blender and blend for a few minutes.
To make it thicker, add more protein powder.
To make thinner add more milk.
