The Dish: Cafeteria -- Steak Panini
If you're looking for a restaurant with some old school flair, look no further than the new hotspot on trendy Newbury Street, “Cafeteria!” And tonight Frances Rivera makes a steak and cheese that'll put philly to shame in “The Dish.”

RECIPE
Grill 5 ounces of thin shaved eye-round beef
Add 1 ounce of caramelized onions (they have them pre-made, but we can have him caramelize the onions on camera if you need to!)
Sauté until brown in skillet, add onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Slice two equal pieces of Focaccia bread
Place mozzarella cheese on one side of bread; place cheddar cheese on other side
Add the steak and caramelized onions to the sandwich
Put together and place in press until bread is marked and golden brown
Slice whole sandwich corner-to-corner and serve with fresh-cut fries
