The Dish: Lobster Cakes at Alchemy Bistro
Lobster Cakes
-- 2 Lbs. fresh lobster meat chopped
-- 1 red bell pepper minced
-- 3 ribs of celery minced
-- 1 medium sized red onion mince
-- 3/4 cup homemade aioli
-- 2 tablespoons of fresh chopped herbs
-- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
-- Dash of worcestershire sauce
-- Dash of tobasco sauce
-- Salt and pepper to taste
-- Then just fry in some oil until ready, 1-2 minutes on each side
-- When they get golden brown on both sides, they are ready to serve
-- Serve with tartar or roasted red pepper sauce
