It's March Madness and that means lots of action and lots of snacking! At the Common Ground Bar and Grill in Allston, owner Bob O'Guin says, while watching the game, wings are the way to go!

The Dish: Sticky Chicken Wings
The Restaurant: Common Ground
The Owner: Bob O'Guin
The Chef: Jaime Suarez

Directions:

Marinate chicken in:

--1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
--1 teaspoon of sesame oil
--1 tablespoon of soy sauce

Make Glaze:

--1 cup of Honey
--1 teaspoon of ginger
--1 lime fully squeezed for the juice
--1 tablespoon of soy sauce
--1/2 cup of cilantro
--1/4 cup of sesame seeds

Grill for flavor, about 5-7 minutes. Then bake for about 30 minutes at 325 degrees. (Or bake the whole time)

Take out and cover with glaze (if cooked too long the chicken will just fall off the bone, making it hard to glaze).

Let it set for a minute to thicken on the chicken, then serve.
