"What girl doesn't love a great date? Whether it's the first one or you have been married for years the perfect place to start is with a perfect outfit. But picking out the perfect pieces can be daunting so I am going to show you the do's and don'ts of date wear"
So I have enlisted the help from a store, affectionately known as First Date.
The first thing you need to know is the date you're dressing for!

"What is the most difficult date to dress for?"

"I would say the more casual one's."
So if it's just renting a movie or watching TV, go comfy but not looking sloppy.

"Here we have a great jersey top with black leggings. You don't want to cuddle wearing jeans because obviously that's not comfy. It's sexy because it's tight and fitted. But it's not too sexy like you are ready to go to bed."
Drink after work dates can be tricky. Jeans work but only if you make the outfit fun and flirty.

"This is great she has a little bit of jewelry up top."

"And just pair it with some jeans and heels elongate the legs."
If you want to be sexy, show a little skin just not too much.

And be creative when dressing up a dress.

"This dress works because she's tall, but if you are under 5'5", I recommend cinching with a belt. That's the way I have to wear it."
First impressions are everything especially when it comes to "all important" date.

"Ok we have a lot of girls coming in with a date dilemma which is 'I am meeting his parents what do I wear'? That's a big one"
So to meet the parents, go with something a little more conservative but cute. This long sweater belted over jeans creates up a great look any mom will love.

"You can actually put this top over leggings or a little fitted skirt. So when you are no longer with the parents you can go out for a late night date."
Then there are always those dates where you want to stand out in a crowd.

"So if you are invited to a wedding or a formal event we definitely recommend pairing a great jacket with a dress underneath."
And complete the look with a coordinating bag.

"So definitely go beyond basic black, you can see a little color makes it pop"
