7 Healthcast: Child Obesity

You've heard about the health benefits of dairy, now comes word that food group could help fight childhood obesity. Researchers found that just two servings a day of dairy reduces child weight-gain. Dairy consumption has been on the decline mostly because youngsters are drinking less milk and more soda.
