7 Healthcast: G-force workout

It's definitely not a work-out for the weak or faint of heart that's for sure!

This is the G-force circuit club -- a two hour hard-core training session incorporating weights, medicine balls.

What does it take to get in to G-force? Intensity, strength and maybe just a little bit of insanity.
