"As you get older, body parts, they tend to run into problems."
Most of those problems can be treated, lets start at the top, of your head that is.

"As we get older our hair thins. Take a strand of your hair starting at the root and pull through to the ends of your hair. If you're holding a good clump of hair, let's say at least six hairs, and then you might want to talk to your doctor because this type of hair loss could signal a thyroid condition or even anemia."
If aging is the cause, using shampoo and conditioner for thinning hair will help, because it will swell your hair's cuticle and give the appearance of thicker, fuller hair.
Another big complaint as we get older -- wrinkles.
The best way to prevent them is by using a sunscreen of at least 30 SPF that contains titanium dioxide and zinc oxide. Once wrinkles have formed, consider a retinol cream.

"A retinol is just a derivative of vitamin A, and what it does is it produces cell turnover so you get cleaner, flawless skin."
If you opt for a drugstore remedy, look for products with anti-oxidants.

"Antioxidants neutralize free radicals in the air, which actually cause collagen breakdown."
A more costly solution:

"From the midsection of your nose up, you look for things like botox. From your nose down, you're going to look for things like fillers."
Another obvious giveaway that you may be a little long in the tooth is your teeth! As you age, teeth begin to turn yellow.
Whiten with an at-home kit or a trip to the dentist.
Lastly, dry hands, dry elbows and knees show age so best advice is to exfoliate often and moisturize.
