7 Healthcast: Study: Heart attacks linked to air pollution

Researchers used 36 variables and studied how many times each caused a heart attack. They determined that air pollution - especially traffic exposure - was responsible for about 7.5 percent of heart attacks.

That cause is second only to illegal drug use such as cocaine.
