7 Healthcast: 'Top Models' appear at Health Expo in Boston

This season’s winner, Brittani Kline, and runner-up Molly O’Connel stopped to sign autographs and pose for pictures.

Kline said behind the scenes on the show, it isn't all glitz and glamour.

“It’s not all picture perfect, than what a lot of people think it is.,” Kline said. “The travelling the whole career is not something you could do if you were at home with a family, you’re taking off on a last minute whim, now you’re going here, now there, you’re too big, you always have someone critiquing you and telling you what to do.”

O'Connel said coming in a close second wasn't so bad.

“I obviously didn’t win, but I feel like I have,” O’Connel said. “I’ve gotten a lot of publicity from it and you get out and get so many more opportunities than any of us would have if it weren’t for the show.”

"The Biggest Loser" winner Olivia Ward will appear at the Expo at noon Sunday.
