While most parents feel their kids are healthier for participating in sports, many parents admit the snacks and meals they eat while juggling practices and games are not the best choices all of time.
Focus groups of parents who had kids play sports reveal the most common foods found in sports settings include sweets, salty snack, sodas and sports drinks, which have a lot of sugar.
Parents also said they rely on fast food for meals in between games and practices and everyday life.
