7 Healthcast: X-Rays worth the radiation risk

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Warnings about repeated exposure to radiation are nothing new - but Harvard University researchers say, these types of screenings are often worth the long-term risks.

The study looked at testicular cancer patients whose risk of death from their cancer was more than three times higher than their long-term risk of death from radiation-induced cancers.
