BOSTON (WHDH) -- A new study done in Boston said the color, shape and size of a generic pill can influence if a patient will take the medication.

Researchers at Brigham and Women's Hospital tracked prescriptions for several different anti-epileptic drugs.

They noticed some patients who received generic drugs varying in color were more than 50-percent likely to stop taking them.
