7 Healthcast: Lack of exercise can lower sperm count

UNDATED (WHDH) -- Results of a new study may have some men getting off the couch and on to the treadmill.

The study by the new Harvard School of Public Health found that watching too much television and exercising too little might raise a man's likelihood of having fewer sperm.

The study suggested exercise may improve semen quality.
