Help Me Hank: Photo Fiasco

Not since the last blizzard has Walmart seen an onslaught like this- long lines, people swarming the door. It’s all for a close-up look at pop princess Jessica Simpson.

And somewhere in this crush of fandom - in fact, waiting in line for hours - is Madison Faucher. She’s 8 years old and a number one fan.

Madison and her mom Kristy--finally got to the podium--took a barrage of photos...and took home an autographed CD.

Kristy Faucher
"Honestly, we were very excited."

All mom and Madison could think about were the photos they took and sent them instantly to be developed. The mailman returned with photos--but not the right ones.

Kristy Faucher
"And were going through were going, "Where's Jessica?’ And I’m like, ‘Where are they? They’re not here.’"

Not a Jessica shot to be found and even weirder, there were pictures she didn’t recognize at all, like this big stone thing in front of some stucco cottage. And a person dressed like Tinkerbell.

Kristy Faucher
"It was devastating. It was very disappointing."

But then Kristy thought that maybe this Tinkerbell person has the Jessica pictures! But after a flurry of phone calls, the film-developing place said no.

Kristy Faucher
"They basically said there's nothing we can do at this time, just keep searching."

And while the lab tried more snapshot sleuthing- unsuccessfully - Kristy made one more phone call.

Kristy Faucher
"I called Channel 7."

Now here’s where we usually make calls and inquiries and usually everything is fixed. But when it came to the Jessica pictures, well, the developers told us: they're just lost.

We got Kristy a refund...but that wasn't much help to Madison.

Kristy Faucher
"Basically, all I could do was comfort her and tell her who knows, they might show up."

So who can solve little Madison's dilemma? We figured--this time you can help out Hank.

Madison Faucher
"Can I please have my pictures back?"

We figured--maybe a quarter of a million people are watching this...could be more...and maybe one of them has Madison's precious shots of Jessica.

Kristy Faucher
"I'm hoping whoever sees his will realize these are her pictures and send them to me."

It’s a long shot of course--but wouldn't it be great to find those photos? If they're at your house--please let us know.
