"The whole senior experience, doing everything they get to do."

"It isn't over yet."

"Organize yourself, organize all your college research and organize your applications. Let's get these together."
Miss a deadline, and you could be left out of the college of your choice.

"Did you do your college essay? Is your resume ready?"
And even after you get that exciting acceptance letter, you need to avoid the senior slack.
Britney Martin, senior
"I can see getting accepted and not wanting to do anything anymore."
Allow your grades to slip, and your college may still revoke your invitation.

"Colleges are going to look at transcripts all the way through senior year."
Britney Martin, senior
"I've also seen a lot of people who have gotten scholarships and things taken away cause their grades have slipped."
And finally, watch out what you post online. Some colleges are now scanning MySpace profiles and other Web sites of potential students. Those who post incriminating party photos could find themselves turned down.
Detective Frank Dannahey, MySpace Expert
"I think a lot of them are going to jeopardize a career down the line by what they're posing right now."
So bottom line? Enjoy yourself, but stay focused. And you'll be sure to have a super senior year.
Britney Martin, senior
"It's going to be fun."
