Lana Rudym was born and raised in Russia. After graduating from college she did research in both sociology and psychology. In 1991 she accepted the position of Professor of Psychology at her Alma Mater. In 1999 she moved to the United States with her family and started her interior design business at the end of 2005.

Lana's design philosophy is to bring harmony, inner peace and beauty to people's residences and create well balanced, yet comfortable and practical places. A good designer has to be part artist, part psychologist, part sociologist, and a great communicator, so Lana believes the success of a design project relies on developing a trusting partnership with her client.  And it's through this relationship, that she hopes to merge her creative thinking with her client's vision for the space to achieve a design that
reflects her client's unique personality, lifestyle and tastes. Lana works with a broad array of styles ranging from traditional to contemporary and eclectic, using both color and texture to create one of a kind interiors that are as unique as her clients.
