Robin Wilson started her home and lifestyle firm in 2000 with an early focus on residential renovations and project management. The firm has branched into design services for both interior and exterior spaces. She has built her reputation in the renovation/design business by using a thorough, hands-on approach to ensure 'on-time and on-budget' completion, with unique styling and with the highest level of quality craftsmanship.
Her firm focuses on everything from the ‘foundation to the furniture' with a style of classic design with modern touches, to create a comfortable haven with a timeless feel. Her passion for indigenous cultures has resulted in the use of "eco-décor" with textured patterns, natural stone and organic fibers.
Robin Wilson Home has completed residential & commercial projects on both the East and West coasts, including a renovation of the Harlem office of President Clinton (2004) and the Peninsula Hotel Spa Salon (2007), among others. Her residential projects have ranged from a 400 sf studio to an 8,000 sf home.
Robin is the 4th generation in a Texas real estate family, where she developed her passion for changing home spaces after watching her great-grandfather and grandfather manage real estate holdings. Robin has been influenced by art and architecture including the work of esteemed architect Paul Williams - and travels to Africa, Europe, Australia and Central America.
In June 2006, Robin Wilson was named a national spokesperson for the Hearst Magazines Home/Shelter Division with titles including: O at Home, House Beautiful, Veranda, Town & Country, Country Living, Good Housekeeping and Smart Money.
