Jennifer Anniston says it keeps her cool under pressure. Kate Blanchett swears by it, and Salma Hayek has been a fan for years. It's called Bach's "Rescue Remedy," and the makers say just a few drops can dissolve away all your stress and anxiety.

Kurt Finckler, a Bach's spokesman, says "Rescue remedy is a natural stress reliever, people can take it at the moment of stress."

Developed by Doctor Bach in England back in the 1930's, it's made of flower essences. Basically flowers diluted to the point, that only their essence is left.

Bach practitioner Denise Easton says, "Homeopathic remedy basically treats the whole person, they like to look at the emotional, the physical and the general conditions. Flower essences only deals on the emotions."

The flowers target five key areas, the star of Bethlehem for trauma, clematis to keep you grounded, rock rose for panic, impatients for tension, and cherry plum to prevent anger.

Deborah Cote is a busy mother of a 15-month-old with two rambunctious dogs and a home under construction, "The days are long and trying. My husband works really long hours, and there's a lot to keep up with," says Cote.

And 26-year-old Rachael Fawson juggles two jobs. "I'm a middle school teacher and a waitress, both jobs are are fast paced and unpredictable."

We asked both women to give Rescue Remedy a try.

After just a few days, Rachael says, "I didn't go in to it expecting to feel any stress relief, to be honest, but I tried to keep an open mind, and I guess I did feel, I felt like it worked."

Deborah says, "I don't know if it was in my mind or what, but i thought it worked. Then I used it the next two days, probably once or twice a day again and I didn't really have any results from it."

While neither of the women say it was 100-percent effective, both agree it's worth a try.

Deborah believes "It's a great alternative for people who need a quick fix."

And Rachael says "If that's something that can so easily can take away your stress, it's worth trying."

Bach says the flower essences are free of any harmful effects and can be used along with any over the counter or prescription medicines.
