Special Report: CD swap
CD's, DVD's even video games, What do you with them once they've been listened to, watched and played over and over again?

"We were thinking about "well, you know, I want to listen to this cd, I may load it into my iPod, but I’m done with it now, I want to get rid of it, so how do I get rid of it?"
Robert Alvin says he not only has a way to get rid of items but a way to get something in return.

"What we provide is a marketplace for items that you wouldn't sell on an eBay or any other place"
His web site barter bee dot com is an online swap where you can offer up anything from old cd you never play any more to those movies you haven't watched in years.

"We wanted to make sure that it was easy, safe, and also be able to provide it as cheap as possible"
It is cheap. The web site, which is free to join, charges just one dollar for each transaction. You also have to pay to mail the items you trade.
That’s money Ralph Brewster of Lowell says is well spent.
