Special Report: Holiday helping: Chris May

Well welcome to our kitchen we are very excited to share with you one of our favorite holiday recipes, it's called Owen's Easy-Bake Holiday Ham, we call it that for a number of reasons, 1, it's very easy for you to make for the holidays, and we've also named it after the newest addition to our family, this is Owen May, he first appeared on 7News back in February, when he was just 4 days old, now he's 10 months and you can tell he's ready to help out in the kitchen.

This recipe has two main parts,- first is the ham, and the other is the glaze -and the glaze is really what makes this recipe come alive and the best part about that is it's very easy to make, all you need is the zest of one orange, some mango chutney, couple of garlic cloves, some mustard, a little brown sugar, a little bit of orange juice and also a dab of honey. That makes it special.

So once that's all in the food processor, now it's time to blend.

It just takes a few seconds. you take it out, smells great, and pour it on the top of your ham.

So by now you've pre-heated your oven, to 350 degrees, let it cook for an hour and once you see the glaze is browned over, you've got a ham.

And the end result is a scrumptious holiday ham, that the whole family can enjoy.

So we hope you enjoy Owen's Holiday Ham as much as we do, thanks for your help in the kitchen you did a great job, and Merry Christmas.
