Letters to Santa

Special Report: Letters to Santa

Thousands in fact

All ending up here.

"Santa do not bring me the wrong toys please"

At the Post Office's Boston headquarters

A lot of time they ask for like can you get my brother this, or my brother that or my sister this or my mom needs a warm coat but then I get some that have a 26 page list!

From wish lists, to notes letting Santa know where to bring the gifts… Patti Galadis and her team of elves have seen it all.

The three gifts that i want is a digital camera that’s fast when you press the button, I also want a big ball that’s almost the size of me

They also see letters asking for help for the needy.

They ask for maybe a shirt or a pair of boots or gloves or hats they don’t even ask for toys

Through the post offices secret Santa Program, Patti matches up special requests with Good-Samaritans like herself who are looking to help spread some holiday cheer....

I love it I do it every year!

Patti and her staff are certainly busy this time of year. Besides reading all of the letters and helping those in need, they also help Santa write back to all of the kids who have sent him letters!
