With the holidays over, many of us are trying to eat healthier. But finding time to make a nutritious meal can be tough. Now, there's a way to have dinner without shopping, chopping or cleaning up.
You could call this a cook-off in Walpole.
These working moms are making enough meals to feed their families for several weeks or even months.
They're putting them together at a store called "Dream Dinners."
Here's how it works, the ingredients are all ready, the recipes laid out, you spend 2 hours putting together a dozen meals you can store in the freezer.

"That's a very safe feeling when you're a parent to make a meal for your family and know exactly what's in it and the best part of it is you're not chopping or shopping or cleaning up."
A few dishes on tonight's menu, raspberry glazed chicken and grilled sirloin with caramelized onions and Gorgonzola cheese.
Each meal costs between $14-$25 and feeds 4-6 people.
It's so popular that stores are popping up all around the country.
Just over a month ago, this one opened in Walpole.

Ellen Nadeau juggles a job and 5 kids.
It's tough for her to cram in cooking time with all her daily car pools.
She says dream dinners has changed all that.

Katie Eibye has twin 7-year-old daughters.
On nights she worked late, she worried about the food choices her husband would make.

"French toast, waffles, hot dogs. Now they're getting chicken cordon bleu, beef tenderloin. It's definitely a healthier alternative."
All you do is grab the prepared meal from your freezer and pop it in the oven.
You need to make a reservation for a dream dinners session.
The stores are located in Milford, Framingham, North Andover and Walpole.
