Core Fusion

Special Report: Core Fusion

And now for the first time ever it's come to Boston.

It's called Core Fusion, is a high intensity workout that combines different styles of exercise. Including yoga, pilates, orthopedic stretching and even ballet. Into one power packed session.

Elisabeth Halfpapp, Core Fusion Co-Creator, Exhale
"We try to fuse all the best from these disciplines into one efficient hour."

Core fusion was developed by Elisabeth Halfpapp and her husband Fred Devito. And it's only available at the brand new exhale mind body spa across from the Park Plaza.

The 60-minute class includes body shaping and sports conditioning, set to motivating music. Exercisers use their own body weight as resistance.

Fred DeVito, Core Fusion Co-Creator, Exhale
"Its a class that does a lot of shaping of the muscle and in that way it makes it a lot different than just a yoga class."

Andrea of Charlestown and Jennifer from Brookline just took the core fusion class for the first time.

Andrea Silva, Charlestown
"I'm definitely going to be sore tomorrow. I can already feel my abs!"

Jennifer Hawkins, Brookline
"It was really intense, really fun."

So if your New Year's resolution is to tone up and slim down. Core fusion may be one way to help you achieve your goal.
