So how can you cut back on the your grocery bill? Well, when it comes to saving big Janet says start small.
"Just take two coupons to the store and when you turn in those two dollars or go to a store like this and you feel that money coming off you'll say that was great."Janet Pare, The Coupon Lady
She recommends going in prepared with a list and notations on that list if you have coupons - that way you'll remember to use them.
Find out your stores policy on coupons. Some double or even triple the value of them - while others issue coupons of their own that can be combined with those from a manufacturer.

But if coupons are not your thing, Janet says you can also keep your eyes open for in store savings especially in the meat department.
