Leah Eckelberger, Jean Therapy
"I’ve never seen someone who couldn't wear jeans."
You could call Leah Eckelberger 'The Queen of Jeans'. She fits both men and women with the perfect pants in her Kenmore Square store.

"You have so many different brands doing great things, so many different styles, so many different cuts - it’s awesome but the problem really becomes you've got so much variation and variety in terms of color, cut , rise and inseam that it’s just overwhelming."
There are a ton of styles to choose from, but Leah says if you go to a store prepared, buying your blues will be a cinch.

"It’s really important that when you come to a store yourself that you know what your interested in."
For starters...you need to size up your situation.
Leah Eckelberger, Jean Therapy
"All denim stretches and I would always recommend to size one size smaller than they normally wear because they are going to stretch out."
Looking to 'tuck' away some trouble spots? Leah recommends staying away from the whiskered look and pay attention to shading.
Leah Eckelberger, Jean Therapy
"If you have some difficulty with your thighs and your hips and your not really loving that, dark shading and lighting to your thighs is really going to make a difference."
Shading may do wonders on the back side as well...
Leah Eckelberger, Jean Therapy
"A little bit of light fading work here that gives your butt an instant lift."
Finally, make sure you're jeans 'fit' into your lifestyle. To do this, Leah says wear them around the store.
Leah Eckelberger, Jean Therapy
"You can look great in them in the store, but if you feel like your going to fall out of you're jeans than that’s not a good jean for you."
The number one problem when people buy blue jeans - the embarrassment factor. Leah compares trying denim on to trying on a new bathing suit. That’s why she offers private shopping times and even tailoring at her store.
