Gamberi Asparagi e rigatoni per Uno
Learn how to cook with LoContes, recipe and instructions for a Shrimp Asparagus, and rigatoni. Start by preparing all your ingredients.
You will need:
-- 8 of Jumbo shrimp (peeled)
-- 5oz of Rigatoni
-- 1 dozen bars of Asparagus
-- 1 tbsp of chopped shallots
-- 1 tbsp of olive oil
-- 1/2cup of wine
-- 1/2cup of chicken broth
-- 1tsp of butter
-- 1/4tsp of mixed salt and black pepper
-- 2 thin slices of lemon
-- 1 tbsp of Romano cheese
To start your dish you have to begin to cook the 5oz of Rigatoni in a pot (place the water first then wait for it to boil then drop the pasta in to the pot the rigatoni has to cook for 12 Minutes in all) for 4 minutes.
When the Rigatoni has had 4 minutes place a Pan on the stove, put on the stove at medium heat and add the olive Oil and the shallots, cook the shallots until golden brown. When the Shallots are golden brown pour the wine and let it cook for 2 minutes.
After the 2 minutes pour the chicken broth, place the slices of lemon and add the butter, but let it cook for 3 minutes.
Then toss in the Shrimp and the Asparagus make sure to cook the shrimp 1 minute per side.
When the shrimp is cooked, mix the rigatoni with chives and the Romano Cheese in the Shrimp, Asparagus and Sauce.
Now the dish can be served and it is ready to enjoy, but if the recipe is needed for more than one then all that needs to be done is multiply the ingredients by the number of people that will be satisfied by the dish.
