-- Sirloin steak
-- Land O' Lakes American Cheese
-- Olive Oil
-- Your choice of vegetables, i.e. peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.
-- Slice fresh sirloin steak no more than .25 cm thick. (The amount of steak you use is up to you depending on how many subs or guests you are serving.)
-- Chop vegetables if any
-- Pre-heat a flat griddle to a med-high temperature.
-- Using caution, slowly add oil to griddle (avoid hot oil splashing back at you!)
-- Saute' vegetables until they're blanched but not over-cooked.
-- Add the sliced steak, stir, flip and mix everything together with salt and pepper to taste.
-- Lower the heat if your steak browns too fast
-- you may add oil at any time if it looks a little dry but not too much or it will taste greasy.
-- Finally, when the steak is light brown or cooked to your liking, melt a few slices of american cheese on top while still on the griddle.
-- Remove from griddle and put it on your roll or bread and you're ready to eat! Mangia!
