Makes 1 Sandwich
--Marinated chicken breast (try using brown mustard, salt, pepper, garlic powder and a touch of olive oil)
--1/2 Fresh avocado
--Dijon honey mustard
--2 Slices of American cheese
Grill the chicken breast on medium high heat for about 5 minutes flipping it once halfway through. It's important to make sure the chicken is cooked thoroughly.
Grill the focaccia bread till it's lightly toasted.
Once the chicken is cooked through (no pink!) remove it from the grill and cut it into slices.
Place the sliced chicken back on the grill and add the two slices of American cheese on top.
Cook the cheese covered chicken just until the cheese is melted.
Place avocado slices on both side of the focaccia bread.
Add the sliced tomato, lettuce and dijon mustard.
Add the chicken.
Close the sandwich and place it into a panini toaster for a couple minutes.
