The Brahmin Frostini

Ingredients:

-- 1.5 oz Makers Mark Bourbon
-- 1 oz Dark creme de cacao
-- 2 oz Heavy cream
-- Cocoa powder

Directions: 

Mix Makers Mark and dark creme de cacao over ice and strain into martini glass. Shake heavy cream until frothy and float gently over bourbon so it is layered. Sprinkle coco powder on top and garnish with a candy cane (optional).

Winter Thyme

Ingredients:

-- 2 oz vodka
-- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
-- 3/4 oz simple syrup
-- 5 or 6 fresh cranberries
-- 2 thyme sprigs
-- 1 dash peach bitters

Directions:

Muddle raspberries. Combine vodka, lime juice, simple syrup, cranberries, bitters and one thyme sprig in mixer and shake well. Strain over crushed ice in a rocks glass and add second thyme sprig for garnish.
