![]() | 6 oz. chicken brothRomano cheese INSTRUCTIONS: In a large pot of salted water, boil water and cook pasta until al dente, or when it floats to top. Next, in a large hot sauté pan, pour olive oil. Add crumbled sausage to brown. Do not drain. Add red pepper flakes. Add broccoli rabe, raisins, pine nuts, and garlic; toss to coat. Add chicken broth and cook until heated; approximately three minutes. Drain pasta, saving a few teaspoons of water. Toss pasta and water with sausage mixture.
