 The Dish Recipe CardThe Dish: Nebo -- Homemade Tagliatelle with Sausage and Broccoli RabeINGREDIENTS: Half-pound tagliatelle (You may substitute with fettuccini, Both can be bought at store or Nebo.) 2 tablespoon olive oil 2 sweet or hot sausages -- casing removed and crumbled 1/3 cup toasted pine nuts 1/3 cup white raisins 2 cups broccoli rabe - chopped and blanched 1 teaspoon chopped garlic 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes 6 oz. chicken broth Romano cheese
INSTRUCTIONS: In a large pot of salted water, boil water and cook pasta until al dente, or when it floats to top. Next, in a large hot sauté pan, pour olive oil. Add crumbled sausage to brown. Do not drain. Add red pepper flakes. Add broccoli rabe, raisins, pine nuts, and garlic; toss to coat. Add chicken broth and cook until heated; approximately three minutes.
