The Dish: Isabella -- white truffle parmesan French fries

Ingredients:

2 cup Frozen French Fries (Shoestring Size)

¼ cup Grated Imported Parmesan Cheese

Imported Italian White Truffle Oil To Taste

Kosher Salt & Fresh Cracked Black Pepper to Taste

Fresh Chopped Herbs Optional

Method:

Deep fry shoestring fries in 375 degree canola oil until crispy.

Drain fries and place in large mixing bowl.

While constantly tossing the fries in the bowl: Season with salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, and drizzle with truffle oil.

Add chopped fresh herbs (optional)
